This is the best CTT certification training to start using the CTT in a practical way, either as an internal change agent or as an external consultant. It is designed to give you a deep understanding of the CTT Models and Tools, as well as practical experience on how to apply CTT in your cultural transformation process. The course also provides an opportunity for your own personal transformation experience.

  • Day 1 focuses on Personal Consciousness: we introduce the concept of cultural transformation and look into the 7 Levels of Consciousness model and your own the Individual Values Assessment. 
  • Day 2 is devoted to Transforming Organizations, covering the Cultural Values Assessments, Merger & Acquisition Compatibility Assessments, and the use of demographics within organisations. 
  • Day 3 focuses on leadership development incorporating Richard Barrett's 7 Levels of Leadership Consciousness, the Leadership Values Assessments tools and live coaching using your own Leadership Development Report. We’ll also cover the design of leadership workshops. 
  • Day 4 is devoted to Direction & Action: it covers the creation of inspiring vision and mission statements (the direction) and, finally, we put everything together into a comprehensive and practical blend creating business transformation usig the concept of whole-systems change.

Vi knytter oppgaveløsning tett opp mot eksempler fra virkeligheten, og deltakerne kan ta med seg egne eksempler og erfaringer inn i kurset. En viktig verdi ved kurset er erfaringsdeling og læring gjennom dialog med andre deltakere.  

Kurset er lagd for de som ønsker å bli sertifiserte brukere av CTT, enten som leder eller rådgiver. Ved å gjennomføre kurset vil du få tilgang til alle CTT-verktøyene til Barretts og kan gjennomføre dine egne verdikartlegginger for individer og grupper.  

I tillegg vil kurset vil styrke deg som coach, rådgiver, endringsagent og leder ved å gi deg løsningsforslag og metodikk for å lede kulturendringer internt i egen organisasjon eller hos kunder. Kurset passer best for deg som har noe erfaring fra ledelse, rådgivning og/eller coaching.

Etter kurset vil vi støtte deg slik at du kan sette opp, forstå og presentere resultatene fra din første verdikartlegging.

Nærmere beskrivelse av kurset

Dag 1 fokuserer på hvorfor verdier er viktig, og hva det å jobbe med verdier og kultur handler om. Deltakerne jobber med personlig bevissthet og motivasjon, og vi bruker Barretts 7-nivås-bevissthetsmodell.

Dag 2 har fokus på individuelle verdier (Individual Value Assessments – IVA) og hvordan man forstår og bruker denne til selvutvikling og coaching. Andre del av dagen bruker til en praktisk gjennomgang av hvordan du får mest mulig ut av en organisasjonskartlegging (Cultural Value Assessment – CVA), og hvordan du går fra kartlegging til handling med en gruppe/team.

Dag 3 handler om hvordan vi kan jobbe med organisasjonskultur i organisasjoner. Vi har fokus på verdibasert lederutvikling med utgangspunkt i Barretts modell for syv nivåer av ledelsesbevissthet, og vi snakker også om hvordan man kan gjennomføre en lederworkshop. Deltakerne bruker sin egen 360-graders lederutviklingsrapport (Leadership Development Report (LDR)) som utgangspunkt for å få innsikt i egen lederadferd og for å øve på å gi tilbakemeldinger til andre. I tillegg bruker vi tid på veien videre og hvordan man skal bruke vertøyet i praksis i egen organisasjon/hverdag

RESUMEN DEL PROGRAMA

El primer día se centra en qué significa trabajar con los valores y la cultura y para qué es útil, y aprendemos o revisamos el modelo de los 7 Niveles de Conciencia de Richard Barrett, eje central de las herramientas CTT, poniéndolo en práctica con nuestra propia conciencia personal y motivación, introduciéndonos además en el concepto de sistema de cambio integral en las organizaciones.

El segundo día abordaremos el cambio personal, presentando el diagnóstico de valores individuales (IVA), cómo se analiza y se puede utilizar para el propio desarrollo personal y el coaching. Y además viviremos una experiencia práctica para entender cómo sacar el máximo provecho del diagnóstico de los valores culturales (CVA), y cómo pasar del informe del diagnóstico a la acción con un equipo.

El tercer día trata sobre cómo abordar la cultura organizacional en profundidad, a través de casos prácticos y la utilización de multitud de utilidades de las herramientas CTT en organizaciones (uso de los cortes  demográficos, diagnósticos de compatibilidad de fusiones y adquisiciones, el Cuadro de mando de las necesidades del negocio o BNS, etc). YAdemás, abordaremos cómo lidiar con el desarrollo del liderazgo basado en valores a través de los 7 niveles de conciencia del liderazgo, practicando y utilizando el feedback de los demás con tu propio informe de desarrollo de Liderazgo (LDR). Por último aprenderás a diseñar talleres de liderazgo basados en la cultura y los valores.

El cuarto día es el momento de integrar todo lo aprendido en los tres días anteriores y prepararse para ser un consultor certificado en las herramientas CTT.  Cubrimos además la creación de las declaraciones de visión y misión con el modelo de Richard Barrett  (los llamados cuatro “para qués”) y, finalmente, integramos todo lo aprendido hasta ahora en un práctico plan para empezar a hacer posible la transformación cultural y de los valores en las organizaciones. En dicho plan están incluidas las herramientas de Marketing de CTT para la facilitación de los procesos de cambios cultural, y los próximos pasos para formar parte de la red mundial de consultores CTT y utilizar todas sus herramientas, principalmente cómo pedir y hacer los diagnósticos y el uso de la web(“My CTT”).
